This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to access or delete it. It also covers details you send us through our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.

When you send an enquiry, request a call back, download the brochure or register for a viewing, we collect what you enter in the form:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The residence type and budget range you are interested in, and any message you write.
• On our campaign pages, the answers you choose — such as whether you are buying to live or to invest, your country, your timeline, your preferred language and, for a viewing, the time slot and number of guests.
• Where you came from: the page you landed on and the advertising campaign that brought you, taken from the link you followed.

If you use the call-back button, BrightCall collects the phone number you enter so our sales team can ring you. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you send us there.

When you browse the website, we and our analytics and advertising partners collect technical information automatically — such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you reached the site. See “Cookies and tracking” below.

• BrightCall — places the instant call that connects you to our sales team when you submit a form or request a call back.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — the Meta Pixel measures visits and enquiries that come from our advertisements, and Meta lead forms deliver the details you submit through them.
• Vercel — hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly visitor and performance statistics.

These providers may process data outside the UAE. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

The website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which set cookies or similar technologies to recognise your browser, count visits and measure whether our advertising leads to enquiries. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and control how Meta uses this information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. The website still works if you block them.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up on your interest in the property, or as long as the law requires. When you ask us to delete them, we do — see below.

Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your personal data;
• stop contacting you, or stop using your data for a particular purpose.

The website is served only over an encrypted connection, enquiries are sent to our systems over encrypted connections, and access to enquiry records is limited to the people who need them to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

The website is meant for adults interested in buying property. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
